Hey, my name is Jennifer Schmidt
- I have over seventeen years of professional photography experience.
- I have never taken any digital photography classes.
- I was born and raised in Utah, and I have lived in Utah my entire life.
- I am a mother of five kids, and they are the cutest, goofiest children, and I absolutely love having a big family.
- My favorite colors are dark blue and sage green.
- I have a ridiculous amount of indoor houseplants, and every year I grow an even more ridiculous amount of plants outside.
- I love portraits, but I also absolutely love photographing flowers
- I shoot with a Canon 6D Mark II, an 85mm 1.8 lens, and a 50mm 1.4 lens
- All my editing tools I have purchased from the amazing Californian photographer, Jessica Drossin.
- My husband and I have been married since 2019, we are a blended family, and my husband is the absolute best father and step father that our children could have ever hoped for or asked for.
- We love going on "family dates" to places like Fat Cats, Froyo, the Hogle Zoo, the Aquarium, and all the attractions at Thanksgiving Point.
- We have a large garden in our backyard, and our children have loved helping me plant all manner of vegetables and flowers this year. Next year we hope to get chickens and possibly also ducks.
- We have a black lab/Catahoula mix named Juno who is the best family dog, and absolutely loves our children.
